The Dining Experience...

http://www.anneofcarversville.com/health/deeply-sensual-dining-in-the-dark-blindfold-preferred.html

Ive been thinking a lot about the dining experience; And the sensory deprivation idea, and I think the idea that people queue in the entry, and one by one get taken down, blindfolded and with earphones on, they are seated alone in there own space; one seat, one table, and the menu is read out.
A gastronomic adventure of appetizers one by one; just a mouthful of intense flavours; with an accompanying sound scape.
Seated in silence with nothing but the food to experience; to smell and taste.
I found this interesting link about the very idea: http://www.anneofcarversville.com/health/deeply-sensual-dining-in-the-dark-blindfold-preferred.html
Sound really interesting.
I have changed the movement experience thru the space as well.  I'm using very small personal sized lifts for the transition from the entry to the bar area, it is also shared with the diners and a varied scope of stairs winding up through the building from entry to roof.
It should make movement through the building a move sensual experience; We'll see...
